Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to more countries soon.

Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.

You will get a tracking number and we'll email it to you as soon as it's available. If you haven't received a tracking number after 14 days, please email us. Usually, once you've got your tracking number, your order will arrive within just a few days.

• We currently do not deliver to PO boxes as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a different address that we can ship to.
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to military addresses. In the event that you provide a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
